SHIPPING INFORMATION – CANADA

All wholesale orders ship with a standard shipping fee, which will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, and local couriers. The choice of carrier is at our discretion to ensure the best rates and delivery times.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

  • Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

  • Transit times within Canada are typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • If there is any delay or issue, you will receive a notification directly from the shipping company.

We currently ship to most addresses across Canada, with the exception of P.O. Boxes and some remote areas listed below.

SHIPPING SURCHARGES

Some remote areas in Canada have limited delivery services, resulting in higher shipping costs. We are unable to offer standard rates to these locations, but we have secured competitive rates with our carriers.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you with any applicable surcharge before shipping.

Wholesale orders can be picked up from our Vaughan, Ontario location (north of Toronto) during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

Please wait for a "Ready for Pickup" confirmation before coming to the store. For certain items (including high-value equipment), photo ID and/or the credit card used for purchase may be required.
